A bit about me
I am Stacy. An adventure-seeking, water-loving, get outdoors and be active kind of girl. As a second-generation Floridian, I have an affinity for sunshine and my favorite color is water. Both make me come alive and energize my days as a wife and homeschool mom to our two children. I am also a runner, reader, designer, crafter, and stand up paddle board (SUP) enthusiast. SUP satisfies my need to stay active, while teaching me to slow down and enjoy the journey. Which definitely took this “destination” girl some getting used to.
Seeking Sun and Sea
Seeking Sun and Sea is all about discovering and exploring local spots, and travelling to new destinations, which are my most favorite things. Whether it’s day trips around this beautiful state of Florida to SUP, hike or check out someplace new, or a trip out of state to see something completely new, I am bringing you along with me! I do a lot of research on local and faraway places and great boards and gear to be sure I am getting the most out of my time and money. I think that’s just an adult way of saying I have adventure FOMO – haha! Either way, you can be sure to glean all the great information and tips off my journeys in order to create your own experiences.
